The Associated General Contractors of America's Supervisory Training Program (STP) is a construction-specific training curriculum developed, updated and field-tested by and for contractors. Jennifer has a passion for coaching and training and has extensive experience creating training programs for corporate professionals and educational materials for students. Her specialty is crafting learning experiences that not only convey information but engage and empower learners. She graduated from Wesleyan College with a B.S in Business Administration and has spent over 15 years working in Instructional Design and Training Corporate Managers. With a keen interest in professional development, Jennifer strives to create meaningful, learner-centered experiences that facilitate learning, growth, and success.
