You and your guests are invited to join us in Nashville, Tennessee for AGC Georgia's Fall Leadership Conference. This conference brings members together for learning, recreation, socializing and fun you don't want to miss!

We are excited to offer leadership development seminars on the mornings of October 18 and 19, 2024. These programs are designed to provide valuable insights and practical tools to enhance your leadership effectiveness as both a team leader and team member. Afternoons during the conference are open for you to take advantage of area activities. Members attending this conference in the past tell us they most enjoy connecting with other industry professionals in a comfortable, relaxed setting.

Rooms start at $465 per night for Noelle in Nashville
Our rate ends when the contracted room block is filled.

Once block is sold out, we will work through a wait list based on first-come, first-serve. There is no guarantee a room will become available after the block sells out, but if you'd like to be put on a wait list, please connect with Machell.

  1. Check-in is avaialble as of 4:00 pm each day.
  2. Check-out no later than 11:00 am.
  3. The penalty for room cancellation after September 20, 2024 is forfeiture of payment equal to two room nights.
    (While AGC Georgia can't guarantee we will have another member from a possible room wait list to take a room, please connect with Machell before cancelling a room reservation.)

Leadership Development Sessions 

Fred Turner is a "Lead Every Day" Certified Trainer and Coach. He has trained, coached and led individuals, teams and organizations for three decades. Most recently, Fred focused on staff training and development for a non-profit at the University of Kentucky.  A relational mentor, he loves to invest in and support leaders of all experience and responsibility levels as they pursue personal and professional high-performance. Fred lives in Lexington, KY with his family and loves to spend time outdoors, watching sports and listening to live music.

Session 1: Uncommon Greatness

How great of a leader can you be? The good news is that it is up to you! Fred will introduce the leadership approach that helped Chick-fil-A build a highly respected brand that develops leaders at all levels of the business while grossing over $20 billion in revenue each year. During this morning's program, Fred will also introduce two key leadership fundamentals: Seeing the Future and Engaging and Developing Others. Learn how to craft a vision worth pursuing and invite others to come realize it with you.
