October 9-12, 2025
The Cloister, Sea Island

Mike Dunham
AGC Georgia's CEO
Celebrating 30 years

You and your guests are invited to join us at Sea Island for AGC Georgia's Fall Leadership Conference! This annual gathering brings members together for learning, recreation, and meaningful connections in a relaxed setting you won’t want to miss.

We are excited to offer leadership development seminars on the mornings of October 10 and 11, 2025. These programs will provide valuable insights and practical tools to strengthen your effectiveness as both a team leader and team member. Afternoons are open for you to enjoy area activities or spend time with fellow members.

A highlight of this year’s conference will be the closing dinner, an informal outdoor gathering on what we know will be a beautiful fall evening. During this special event, we’ll shine a spotlight on our CEO, Mike Dunham, who will retire in December after 30 years of service to AGC Georgia and 44 years with the AGC organization. While this will not be our final farewell (more details to come), the evening will provide opportunities for members to share their favorite memories and take photos as we work to create keepsakes for Mike. There will be remarks from members reflecting on his lasting impact on Georgia’s construction industry and AGC Georgia.

We are excited to host Mike and his family for this memorable Fall Leadership Conference and ask for your help in sharing news of this celebration with your colleagues and industry partners who have worked alongside Mike over the years. Please invite them to join you at the beautiful Cloister!
