Everyday, we go to work and tackle various responsibilities and to-do lists in order to fulfill a job, complete a project, run a business.  Is it possible to do that while also fostering and building a company culture?  Does one have to take precedence and priority over the other?  Can you do a job while also adding deeper value to your leadership, peers and customers?

About the Presenter:  Educated in architectural engineering with a degree from Southern Polytechnic State University, David worked for 20 years in the construction industry as the owner of a commercial general contractor business. In 2003, he began working with the Chick-fil-A Facilities group as an independent field consultant and joined the corporate staff in 2010.

As the Senior Director of Facilities & Equipment at Chick-fil-A, David is responsible for leading, directing, and setting strategy for Restaurant facilities and equipment operations for all Chick-fil-A Restaurants that are one year or older. This consists of $4.5+ billion in physical assets serviced by 300+ vendors and contractors.
