 AGC Georgia’s Young Leadership Program (YLP) is excited to host Bridging the Generational Gap, a professional development session exploring the five generations working in today’s construction industry.

Our panelists will share how different perspectives can strengthen teamwork, improve communication, and create rewarding work environments that attract and retain talent. The discussion will highlight ways to build consensus, tackle project challenges, and make collaboration more seamless from planning through completion.

The more generations we have in the room, the richer the conversation will be which leads to all attendees having more takeaways to help strengthen project teams. From industry veterans to emerging leaders, everyone is encouraged to join this dynamic exchange. 

Michael Kingsley, YLP Council Member and project manager with Kajima Building & Design Group, will serve as moderator.
