We learned today that the General Assembly will be in recess the rest of this week and all of next week and on President's Day. They will resume on Tuesday, February 18. This new schedule impacts the Building Georgia Legislative Networking event planned for 8:00 am on Tuesday, February 11. With legislators not in session, we are CANCELLING the event. All pre-registered participants will be individually notified of this cancellation.Â

The Associated General Contractors of Georgia (AGC Georgia) and American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC) are excited to host an event for our members to visit with legislators and other state leaders in the Rotunda. We need your support to demonstrate that the construction industry means business while Building Georgia.
This program is a great time for the building community to showcase our collective voice while educating state decision makers on our programs promoting workforce development; leadership and professional development; safety and education; and infrastructure investment.
Together with ACEC, AGC Georgia is extending an invitation to all legislators, statewide elected leaders and construction-related state agency representatives. We also encourage you to invite your legislators to join you for this continental breakfast.
