When one person in your party (family) is registered as an Attendee Registrant or Social Only Registrant, you will receive an auto-generated email (after you pay for your Annual Convention) that includes the link to our room block. Remember, there is a 3-night minimum for access to the room block.  NOTE: Our room block sold out in mid-May. You are welcome to call the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club directly to see if they have any availability. 

IMPORTANT:
If you are registering MORE THAN ONE PERSON, (i.e. your family), please register yourself, then select Register Someone Else and find the next person's name in your roster. Select their registration options and then go back to the Register Someone Else option and find the next person. Individuals can be added if you do not find them in our system.   

The GOLF TOURNAMENT will take place at 9:00 am on Sunday, June 13. Make sure your reservations begin on Saturday if you are playing in the tournament.

WHAT ARE MY REGISTRATION OPTIONS?

  • Attendee Registration: Includes participation in Sunday's Welcome Dinner Party; Monday's Breakfast/Annual Business Meeting, Ladies' Brunch (if applicable), Tuesday's Awards Program featuring guest speaker Commander Nutsch, and the Closing Reception/Dinner. If you and/or someone in your group cares to play golf on Sunday or Monday, please add those events to the respective person's individual registration.

  • ONLY Social Events Registration: This option is appropriate for company representatives, spouses and/or adult guests who DO NOT care to attend Monday and Tuesday morning business programs. It includes everything offered in the Attendee Registration, except Monday morning's Business Meeting and Tuesday morning's Awards Program. 

  • ONLY Tuesday Awards Program Registration: This option is for a person who is ONLY attending the Tuesday Awards Program featuring keynote speaker Commander Nutsch. Registering a person for this option does NOT afford them participation in any other event during Annual Convention. 

  • Child 13-17 Years Old Registration: Includes participation in Sunday evening's Welcome Dinner Party. (Register each child by choosing the Register Someone Else feature and then click the child's name in your company's roster.)

  • Child 4-12 Years Old Registration: Includes participation in Sunday evening's Welcome Dinner Party. (Register each child by choosing the Register Someone Else feature and then click the child's name in your company's roster.)

  • Child 0-3 Years Old Registration: Older toddlers are welcome to have dinner from the children's buffet and play in the children's center during Sunday's Welcome Dinner Party.

This ladies-only brunch is hosted by Karla Moody, wife of AGC Georgia President, David Moody. Amanda Wilbanks, founder of Southern Baked Pie Company of Gainesville, GA, will be the keynote speaker. If the higlighted name of the registrant shown above is a female under the age of 15 or a male age 0-99 :-), please do not add this to their registration.

The Young Leadership Program is designed to enhance the leadership skills of representatives from member firms who are 40 years of age or younger. All YLP members are invited to this dinner at no charge. There is a charge for YLP members' spouses/guests. Also, any Annual Convention attendee wanting to network with YLP members is welcome to register for this event. There will be a dinner followed by a festive party.

Business registrants and social-only participants who purchase this feature in addition to their standard registration are allowed to attend this event during Saturday morning's Awards Program. Registration is required for this event and will be adhered to. Our keynote speaker is Green Beret Commander Mark Nutsch. As portrayed by actor Chris Hemsworth in the major motion picture, 12 Strong, Mark Nutsch (aka Mitch Nelson in the film) shares lessons learned in the now-declassified saga of a U.S. Special Forces team that overcame seemingly insurmountable odds to help achieve a historic military victory. The film is based on the best-selling book Horse Soldiers by Doug Stanton.
