The Women on the Move Shared Interest Group (SIG) is on a mission to serve female construction professionals by creating a network where participants can connect, share best practices and learn from other's hard earned accomplishments.

Many SIG members find it rewarding to be involved in the planning for professional development opportunities, social outings, and charitable drives. All are encouraged to volunteer to speak at schools and other educational events to help educate today's youth on the rewarding career opportunities available for everyone in the construction industry.
