Meet Your Instructor
Wilson Haworth, Director of Virtual Design + Construction 
Juneau Construction Company
Wilson leads the implementation of VD+C services including BIM, reality capture, robotics, construction technology, and artificial intelligence across all Juneau Construction projects.  He joined Juneau to help launch and grow the VD+C department, building the infrastructure and processes that enable scalable, firm-wide technology adoption.

In his role, Wilson collaborates closely with preconstruction and project teams to develop accurate, data-rich models that identify potential design conflicts before construction begins.  These models help streamline execution, reduce field complications, and mitigate claims for extra work or schedule delays.

Wilson is passionate about using technology to simplify and enhance construction processes.  He is currently focused on capturing and standardizing the date required to fully leverage advancements in artificial intelligence positioning Juneau as a leader in construction innovation and digital transformation.
