About the Course: Never developed a schedule, but work with them all the time?  This class will review the definitions and development for schedules through an introduction to MS Project.  By the end of this class, you will understand scheduling terminology and be able to develop, print and update a simple schedule.

  • Demonstrate MS Project software
  • Practice creating a schedule in MS Project
  • Expand on MS Project tools and best practices
  • Update existing schedules in MS Project

    • Cancellation Policy:     
    Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 7 business days before the training.  In those circumstances, registration fees will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee.  Cancellation requests received less than 7 business days before training cannot be refunded.  The request must be sent in writing via email to parham@agcga.org

    Meet Your Instructor:
    Daphene Koch   |    Owner   |   Build Your Know, LLC
    Ms. Koch has over 15 years of construction industry experience on commercial and industrial projects. Her roles have included project manager, safety manager, construction services leader and pipefitters helper. While a professor at Purdue University in the School of Construction Management she partnered with contractors to develop training and workforce development programs. She has been an AGC of America trainer since 2000 and is well versed in the PMDP curriculum along with the Supervisory Training Program (STP), Construction Supervisory Fundamentals (CSF) and many other custom training programs for construction professionals.
