The Construction Quality Management (CQM) course for contractors is offered to familiarize contractor personnel with CQM concepts and procedures.  The requirement is for the CQC System Manager of the principal member of the CQC staff personnel of the contractor on the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers' projects to successfully pass the course.

Meet Your Instructor
Stuart Perritt, PE, DBIA, CHST

Stuart is a registered Civil Engineer, Class A General Contractor, Design Build Professional with DBIA, and a Construction Health & Safety Technician with BCSP.  Stuart is a retired Civil Engineer Corps Commander and has been authorized to facilitate the Construction Quality Management Certification Course for Contractors by NAVFAC MIDLANT since 2015.  Formal education includes a BSCE from the Citadel and a Master of Engineering (Construction) from the University of Florida.


AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 7 days prior to the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
