Shane has 20 years of construction industry experience and has nearly a decade of instructional experience. He currently serves as the Training and Development Manager for Carroll Daniel Construction Co. He is a lifelong learner and has a passion for growing and developing professionals to elevate the construction industry for all stakeholders.
