This program is designed to help young professionals understand what it takes to be a successful leader in today’s evolving marketplace. Our panelists are veterans of the industry! They will share their lessons learned and how they navigate difficult situations. As we all know, collaboration within the industry is critical to success, and we’ve asked them to also share their proven ways to create a winning culture throughout their organization along with stakeholders on construction projects. 

Together these industry leaders have over 150 years of industry experience. While they have all risen to the top of their firms, each are proud of how they started “in the trenches.” They will share their different paths to their current roles and how they seek to find ways to empower others to succeed. 

Blake Stalnaker, the 2024-2025 Young Leadership Program Vice Chair and project manager with Sheridan Construction, will serve as our moderator.
