Overseeing YLP operations is a Council made up of YLP participants who work closely with AGC Georgia staff to plan and implement program activities. Council members are appointed to serve staggered three year terms providing them with a unique leadership experience and program continuity.
Each year a new Chair and Vice Chair are named to lead the Council. The Vice Chair from the previous year moves into the Chair position and a new Vice Chair is selected. Both the YLP Chair and Vice Chair serve on the Board of Directors and report on YLP activities. The full Board provides guidance and direction to YLP as needed.
