|CEFGA is the largest NCCER Accredited Training Organization in the state with more than 70 accredited training and education facilities throughout Georgia.
CEFGA delivers direct construction training and placement services through its nationally-recognized Construction Ready and CDL Ready Programs offered at two locations in Metro Atlanta.

|High Demand Career Initiative (HDCI)
||After hearing from the private sector that one one of the greatest challenges facing their businesses is a consistent, trained and reliable workforce, Governor Deal created
the High Demand Career Initiative. The primary focus of the initiative is to allow those training Georgia's future workforce (University System of Georgia and Technical College System of Georgia)
to hear directly from the businesses and what they need from a workforce perspective.
|Hiring Our Heroes
||In conjunction with AGC of America's partnership with the program having set a goal of adding 100,000 veterans to the construction industry workforce,
AGC Georgia encourages member firms to consider hiring our nation's veterans through the Hiring Our Heroes program.
||Mentoring a Girl in Construction (MAGIC) summer camps are nationwide free, one-week, day camps offering high school age girls the opportunity to learn about the opportunities available
to women in the construction industry.
||SkillsUSA is a national, nonprofit student organization developing workers through active partnerships between employers and educators. Each year, SkillsUSA hosts 8 regional championships
throughout the state. The SkillsUSA State Championship is held in conjunction with CEFGA's CareerExpo in late March every year.
|Trade & Industrial Educators of Georgia (TIEGA)
||TIEGA was formed to create a skills workforce through professional opportunities provided for CTAE teachers and provide support for SkillsUSA Georgia.

||Formerly known as Go Build Georgia, Trade Five is the new brand for Georgia's skilled trade education initiative. The mission of Trade Five is to promote the lucrative, lasting career opportunities
that exist within five key industries across the state.
