The Associated General Contractors of America's Supervisory Training Program (STP) is a construction-specific training curriculum developed, updated and field-tested by and for contractors.  Supervisory skill - or the lack of it - directly affects every company's bottom line.  Your firms makes its money in the field, and STP can help you improve your organization's bottom line.

This session explains the tangible and intangible benefits of effective supervision and motivation of others on the team.  Participants will engage in open conversations on the following:

Meet Your Instructor - Shane McClellon

Shane has been in the construction industry for 20 years and 8 years in education. He is currently serving as the Training and Development Manager for Carroll Daniel Construction Co. His commercial construction has been mainly on industrial processing facilities, but also has residential construction focused on custom homes, residential-commercial, and renovations. His passion is growing and developing employees.

Shane is very involved in workforce development initiatives with AGC Georgia, including serving as a member of Carroll Daniel Construction's leadership team that partners with the association to host the Northeast Georgia Skills Challenge each fall. 

AGC Georgia reserves the right to cancel programs up to 7 days prior to the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
