We are excited to offer leadership development seminars on the mornings of October 13 and 14. These programs are designed to provide valuable insights and practical tools to enhance your leadership effectiveness as both a team leader and team member. Afternoons during the conference are open for you to take advantage of area activities. On Saturday afternoon, join us to cheer on your favorite college football team on the big screens during our football party! Members attending this conference in the past tell us what they enjoy the most is connecting with other industry professionals in a comfortable, relaxed setting.

The Pinehurst Resort is where the American golf story is rooted, and where it continues to flourish. Most know of its modern history – with stories like the Payne Stewart putt that won the 1999 U.S. Open. But locked within its archives are thousands of moments that define each generation for the past 100 years. Pinehurst is America’s first golf resort, but also a world-class tennis, spa, meetings, special events and family destination.

To reserve your hotel room, please call (855) 541-0073.

Please contact Machell Harper, Director of Member Services, at 678.298.4108 or harper@agcga.org with questions about AGC Georgia's Fall Leadership Conference.

NO YELLING: The Nine Secrets of Leadership Success

Part 1

Inc Magazine once called leadership one of the most dangerous ideas in American business. Wally Adamchik asserts it may not be the most dangerous but it is certainly one of the most misunderstood. Over two thought providing mornings Wally will eliminate the confusion and provide you with relevant and usable content. Leaders must master three different facets of leadership - self, others, organization – to be truly effective. This session will examine each facet. From the foundation of personal integrity, to the challenge of interpersonal communication, to the importance of clearly communicated mission and values, Wally share tools and tips to help attendees at all levels improve their leadership ability.
