Following the resounding success of the Winter Meeting's return in 2024, we are thrilled to announce that it’s BACK by popular demand!

We’re excited to invite you and your team to join us once again this February for an engaging and enriching program. This year’s event promises excellent networking opportunities, insightful discussions on industry trends, and of course, thrilling skiing at a top-tier resort.

Our agenda will feature a blend of professional development sessions and ample time for fostering valuable industry connections. We look forward to seeing you there!

Who's Coming?

 

Room Block Information:

Rooms start at $499++ at the Chateaux Deer Valley starting on Thursday, February 27, 2025.

  • Rate is honored based on availability.

If you have any problems booking your room, please contact Machell Harper, Senior Director of Member Services, at harper@agcga.org or 678-298-4108. Once our room block is sold out, we will work through a wait list based on first-come, first-serve. There is no guarantee a room will become available, after the block sells out, but if you'd like to be put on a wait list, please connect with Machell.

  1. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out is 11:00 am.
  2. There is a penalty for cancellations received after January 24, 2025 -- forfeiture equal to two nights
