This Professional Development Roundtable Discussion hosted by the Young Leadership Program (YLP) focuses on what it takes to be a successful leader in today’s construction industry. Experienced industry professionals share hard learned lessons, the navigation of difficult situations, and a variety of ways to connect with your team.

Together these industry leaders have over 150 years of combined industry experience. Even though each arrived in their current roles in different ways, they all understand the importance of being an inspirational leader and collaborator. All young professionals will benefit from hearing how these leaders managed their early days “in the trenches” and what it takes to successfully lead their companies.
