For 17 years, AGC Georgia and the American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC) have hosted a joint legislative event for our members. We invite representatives of the legislative and industry-related governmental agency communities to join us.

Our breakfast is a great opportunity for the contractor and engineering communities to meet with each other and visit with legislative and state officials. Each member of the General Assembly is also formally invited. You are encouraged to extend a personal invitation to your legislators to come as your complimentary guest to breakfast.

The keynote speakers for the breakfast program are Senator Mike Dugan and Representative Brett Harrell . Dugan is a Floor Leader for the Governor, and serves as Secretary of both the Veterans, Military, and Homeland Security Committee and Public Safety Committee. Harrell is Vice Chairmen of the Budget and Fiscal Affairs Oversight Committee, Regulated Industries Committee, and Rules Committee. He also serves as Secretary for the Ways & Means Committee. They will dive into several key bills up for debate this session having the potential to impact the AEC community.
