In concert with AGC of America, AGC Georgia is pleased to offer the nationally-recognized BIM Education Program curriculum to our members.  The upcoming BIM 3 course is the third of four courses offered over the next several months and is designed as a mix of lecture, facilitated discussion and activities.

After completion of all BIM courses, and achieving a passing score on the credentialing exam, a candidate earns their CM-BIM credentials.

BIM 4 Course Learning Objectives:
  • Define adoption, implementation and return on investment
  • Describe why BIM is a disruptive practice today
  • Identify reactive and proactive BIM outcomes
  • Evaluate and select process adoption options
  • Describe the roles and responsibilities of practitioners
  • Identify consistent factors influencing BIM ROI
  • Communicate the BIM process
  • Outline a process for BIM adoption and implementation
