AGC of America's CLC Leadership Development Conference brings together emerging construction leaders from across the country in various construction sectors to network, learn and share. Mid-level professionals will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and gain information on CLC best practices and how to grow local CLC groups.

This year's event is co-hosted by the Chicagoland AGC. In addition to providing unique programming with key take-a-ways on how to improve our performance in the industry, they have added some fun networking events with local flavor. Join us for a fun night out with dinner and a cruise on the Odyssey Lake Michigan. The Odyssey is a four-level dining vessel with three interior climate controlled dining decks and two exterior observation decks. Network with industry peers across the nation while enjoying scrumptious cuisine with onboard entertainment and luxurious touches throughout the yacht.
