In concert with AGC of America, AGC Georgia is pleased to offer the nationally recognized BIM Education Program curriculum to our members.  The upcoming BIM 3 course is the third of four-courses offered and is designed as a mix of lecture, facilitated discussion and activities.  Use cases provide examples to help you understand session concepts.

After completion of all BIM courses and achieving a passing score on the credentialing exam, a candidate earns their CM-BIM credentials.

Following this course, participants will be able to:
  • Identify the key attributes of a successful team.
  • Explain contract liability and model usage.
  • Identify BIM delivery methods.
  • Understand the meaning and usage of Level of Development (LOD).
  • Explain the key components of a BIM Project Execution Plan. 
  • Understand and explain the benefits of a synchronized project workflow.
