Lean Construction challenges all project stakeholders to develop and apply better ways to manage the overall construction process.  This half day course delves in creating six week look-ahead schedules and weekly work plans.  Within construction, we all strive to plan our projects in a way that produces predictable workflow and continuous improvement.
Following this course, participants will be able to:
  • Apply the Last Planner System on a project
  • Hold make-ready and weekly work planning sessions
  • Calculate, track and analyze percent plan complete for a project
Class Time:  1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
