Managing Through the Tough Times

In this timely and relevant program, your managers will learn the best practice skills and strategies they can use to thrive now, and help them continue to excel once the business environment has improved.

They will learn how to:

  • Successfully lead a department or team through times of change and economic uncertainty
  • Show employees how to maintain productivity and morale 
  • Motivate employees to see this challenge as an opportunity for success 
  • Learn techniques to get and keep control of projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines so the important work gets done 
  • Build their own personal flexibility and tolerance to change, uncertainty and stress 
  • Lead from strength so employees will know how to follow
