The Construction Quality Management (CQM) course for contractors is offered to familiarize contractor personnel with CQM concepts and procedures. The requirement is for the CQC System Manager of the principal member of the CQC staff personnel of the contractor on the
U. S. Army Corps of Engineers' projects to successfully pass the course.
