After years of searching Georgia Branch, AGC purchased an office building just off Windy Hill Road in Cobb County. 12,000 sq. ft of office space houses Georgia Branch, AGC's staff, the employees of Affinity Service Group, (Georgia Branch, AGC's third party administrator).
Adjacent to the two story office building is a 2,000 sq. ft plan room operated by Repro Products and a 4,000 sq. ft. safety and education center and conference/meeting space. The AGC Builders Exchange and Plan Room occupy the space adjacent to the headquarters building.

Driving North on I-75: Exit on #260 - Windy Hill Rd. (First exit outside of I-285.) Turn left at light onto Windy Hill Rd. Go to South Park Place and turn right. (Chick-fil-A will be on right at intersection of S. Park Place and Windy Hill). Go to first stop sign and yield to the right onto The Exchange. -Georgia Branch, AGC is located at 1940 The Exchange, which is the first drive on the left.

Driving from Windy Hill/Cobb Parkway: From Cobb Parkway turn east onto Windy Hill Rd. Turn left at North Park Place. Turn left onto The Exchange. -Georgia Branch, AGC is located at 1940 The Exchange, which is the first drive on the left.
