Designed specifically for contractors by contractors, Georgia Branch AGC self-insurers fund for workers' compensation, CompTrustAGC of Georgia, is owned by more than 200 participating contractor clients. Commercial General Contractors and Commercial Specialty Contractors in the state of Georgia have the opportunity to qualify for CompTrustAGC of Georgia if they are current Georgia Branch, AGC members or if they become Georgia Branch, AGC members.

The excellent safety performance of the member firms allowed CompTrustAGC of Georgia to continue dividend returns to the members for the seventh consecutive year. In 2002 over $2.5 million dollars in premium credits were returned to members. On average, members received credits of 38% of their annual premium. In the past seven years, CompTrustAGC of Georgia has returned in excess of $16 million dollars in dividends and premium credits to CompTrustAGC of Georgia members and the declared premium dividend for 2003 is in excess of $2 million dollars.
