Georgia Branch, AGC was built on strong relationships. To give our members the opportunity to meet one another and learn more about the industry as a whole, our chapter hosts the following events and programs:

Regional Meetings - Membership meetings provide all members with opportunities to network and exchange information, attend seminars on timely subjects, and meet with fellow associates. Monthly meetings are being held as part of our the chapter's Members First Program in Central Georgia (Macon), Southwest Georgia (Albany), South Georgia (Valdosta), West Central Georgia (Columbus) and Southeast Georgia (Savannah).

Networking Events - To provide the opportunity to meet others members in a more casual and fun environment.

Annual Higher Education Fund Tournament and Young Leadership Program Charity Golf Tournament - These events provide a great opportunity for members to enjoy a day of golf while helping raise funds for our collegiate scholarship program and Young Leadership Program Charitable Works Fund.

Annual Convention and Fall Leadership Conference - The Georgia Branch, AGC's convention and conference provide members an opportunity to network, attend education seminars and relax with other members at wonderful resorts throughout the southeast. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the weekends' golf tournament, along with the dinners and receptions.

Committee and Taskforce Involvement - The Georgia Branch, AGC has standing committees and working taskforces dedicated to enhancing the industry and providing the members with leadership and recognition opportunities.

Sponsorship Opportunities - There are many occasions where members can showcase their firm in lights as a sponsor of an event. The value of having an entire event's participants learn about your firm is marketing that can't be paid for in any other fashion.

Young Leadership Program - The construction industry in Georgia and Georgia Branch, AGC have both prospered over the years as a result of strong leaders. To insure an equally successful future, it is imperative for the next generation of construction leaders to properly prepare themselves for the challenges and new opportunities that lie ahead.

The Chapter’s Young Leadership Program offers a unique way to gain insight into your own leadership potential while you participate in a series of networking and professional development opportunities. The Program attracts the best and brightest young professionals from around the state and currently has over 75 member firms and 135 individuals participating. The group’s makeup is a cross section of all types of professionals including company presidents, vice presidents, project managers, field personnel, accounting and other office staff, project engineers and project administrators.
