This Young Leadership Program (YLP) Roundtable Discussion focuses on what it takes to be a leader in today’s construction industry. Experienced industry professionals will share hard learned lessons, the navigation of difficult situations, and a variety of ways to connect with your team. 

Together, they have over 150 years of combined industry experience. Even though each arrived in their current roles in different ways, they all understand the importance of being an inspirational leader and collaborator. All young professionals will benefit from hearing how these leaders managed their early days “in the trenches” and what it takes to successfully lead their companies.

We’re expecting a full-house for this unique and informative presentation. Breakfast provided for those registering by May 16, 2018.
