Have you ever pondered on how " the way we talk" affects "the way we work?" Have you noticed how our company culture and our relationships are affected directly by the way we communicate our inner and outer world? Are you ready to step up in your organization and stressed about new ways you would have to connect? You are not alone, simply because:
         •  If you are leading, inevitably, you are constantly dealing with and creating change.
         •  Every significant or even small change you intend to create in a group of humans cannot be possible without change in individual behavior.
         •  Even if the change happens, making it sustainable without attending to the way people make meaning of things, is improbable.
         •  Without considering that we ourselves must change, it is impossible to lead a group, expecting them to grow, be resilient, and change the way they make meaning.
Join us to hear and practice how a shift in the way we talk reveals, defines and can re-construct:
The way we make meaning; The way we work; The way we live; The way we relate; The way we show up in life

About the Presenter:  You don’t get to know Afsaneh through her resumé but through her stories. Stories of attending a Catholic school while living in a muslim country. Stories of studying during revolution & missile attacks and making a choice to be an instrument for growth.

Afsaneh received her BSc in Chemistry in 1990 but soon realized that her passion for human relations and development surpasses her love for labs and titrations. After moving to US in 2001 and establishing herself as a Business Development VP in corporate America she went back to school and got certified as an Integral Coach. Stepping out of her comfort zone yet again, she started her company to pursue her passion in coaching and development.

As a life-long learner, an avid reader and a lover of nature, Afsaneh, AKA Sunny, brings her knowledge and experience together to help organizations develop their culture and language to support their growth and profitability through a healthier, more collaborative and more inclusive culture. She conducts workshops and private coaching sessions in her office in Roswell, where she and her 13 year old son call “home”.
