Learn more about the basics of emotional intelligence, what it is, how it is measured, how it can be improved, and how it can affect lean practice and behavior. Do you know the three biggest mistakes that are made during the pull planning process?  We’ll discuss ways to avoid them. You will leave with a clear vision of a method called "Paramount Partnering" that integrates the technical side of lean and the planning process with the human side of developing trust, cooperation, and communication to make the lean practice easier, more accurate, and more effective.
