Have you ever had issues with communicating with someone?  Why don’t they understand?  Did you think “Wow,” why can’t I get through to them?  Do I speak another language?  Consider this.  Maybe you do!

Great leadership requires effective communication skills.  This program will explore the various personality styles and how to better communicate with each one.  It will be a fun and interactive program and will provide an opportunity for you to get to know your own personality style, too!

About the Presenter: Kristen has been in the electrical industry for over 20 years and currently is the President of Penco Electrical Contractors, Inc., President of the Atlanta Chapter IEC Board of Directors and this year’s YLP Chair.  As a leader, she understands the importance of communicating effectively.  She created this program for her employees and looks forward to sharing it with you. 

We’re expecting a full-house for this unique and informative presentation. Lunch provided for those registering by 8/22/16.
