BIM Project Execution Planning is the third of four courses comprising the AGC of America's Building Information Modeling Education Program. This facilitator-led course is designed as a mix of lecture, discussion and activities. Use cases provide examples to help you understand content concepts.
Following completion of BIM 3, participants have a working knowledge of:
- the key attributes of successful team
- contract liability and model usage
- BIM delivery methods
- the meaning and usage of Level of Development (LOD)
- the key components of BIM Project Execution Plan
- the benefits of a synchronized project workflow
After completing all four BIM Units and achieving a passing score on the exam, a candidate earns their CM-BIM credentials.
