General and specialty contractors performing Corps of Engineers work or wanting to enter this market are encouraged to enroll in this exclusive safety course.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers developed the EM 385-1-1 Competent Person for Fall Protection for public sector jobs. This course complies with the construction industry fall protection standards.

Those who complete EM 385-1-1 Fall Protection training will have the knowledge and skills to assess work sites, develop safe workplans and identify and correct problems on site; develop a Fall Protection and Prevention Plan; and, develop an Activity Hazard Analysis.
