East Georgia Construction Education Initiatives
AGC Georgia has an active Workforce Development Alliance in East Georgia. This alliance brings representatives of our member firms together with students, high school counselors and construction program teachers, school officials, and instructors from construction programs at technical colleges. The focus of regular meetings and programs/events is to open a dialogue to address mutual needs and develop opportunities for exposing more young people to the construction industry through education. Contributions to this account are designated funds and will only be used for workforce development initiatives in the East Georgia region.
